So now Allardyce has been sacked/resigned, who next?

Can't think of any English managers who aren't shit.

Pardew will get it. He's about to get manager of the month and he's English.

Eddie Howe for me.

On Allardyce...fuck him. He plays utterly dreadful football.

I'd be happy enough with Howe, he won't get it, his football isn't tedious enough.

Think you're right. Howe would be a good choice but his way of playing is far too entertaining.

Southgate has been put in temporary charge.

There's such a lack of competition that, as long as he does alright in his first few games, Southgate probably get it through to the World Cup.

Arsenal want rid of Arsene - I would move heaven and earth to get him

They will end up with some dead beat like Bruce or Southgate

I like Bruce but he isn't England material.

Wenger would be phenomenal.

Need a competition manager not one who grinds out results over a season. That's why Clough would have been good for England

Not Arsene, we'd have Welbeck & Walcott up front, Oxlade C & Wilshere playing every game not to mention Chambers in defence!

Wenger? No Thanks.

Next match is a Guaranteed victory so why not give others a chance. I'd play Vardy & Austin up front with Barkley as No.10, Drinkwater as holding Midfielder and Antonio & Townsend either side. Give Forster a start too but as we won't conceed, doesn't really matter who back four are but I'd play Bertrand at LB Clyne at RB with Stones and Shawcross. Fuck Rooney Wilshere Henderson Sterling Sturridge Lallana Hart & Cahill

This is the FA we're talking about. Southgate only has to beat Malta, Slovenia and Scotland and the job will be his. Ron Greenwood all over again.

I see England managed to beat the mighty Malta 2-0 at home.  Didn't bother to watch it, was it as shit as the score suggests?

Forgot it was on. Built a gate for the bottom of my driveway and then me and my daughter made a giraffe and a horse with the off cuts. Fucked up the horse though, I tripped over it when I was cleaning up and it lost a leg and it's head.

Yes. Unless you listen to the pundits of course but Lingaard was utter dross shouldn't get selected again, Walcott not much better, Rooney usual shit as was Henderson Alli scored one but should've had a hat trick, Sturridge hardly had a touch except his goal, Hart and the defence had nothing to do so this would've been an ideal match for Antonio and Townsend to rampage down the wings with Vardy and Rashford up & Heaton and Keane getting their England debuts too but the usual crap got the nod with the usual shit performance.

I watched it, was boring as fuck and devoid of ideas, the goals we scored would easily have been defended by 3rd division clubs. Also Wembley looked half empty, every time the ball went up in the stands they wouldn't show the empty seating.

I had England as part of a small accumulator, on a 2 goal handicap. They'd surely manage that I thought. Useless pricks.
