I saw the Room last year. It is without doubt the worst piece of acting I've ever seen but at the same time hilarious :thumbsup_still:

My favourite scene is the flower shop scene. Oh hi Doggy :oneeyed02:

It's hard to pick out a favourite scene. I think I'd have to a favourite ten. Have you seen The Room yet CC? I think you would appreciate it...

Hardcore Henry - Hmmm. This is shot entriely in the first person, if that's an expression you can use for a film, and is pretty much non-stop shooty/fighty action. It's very well done for what it is, but what it is is like watching someone else play a computer game for an hour and a half. Some people (mainly slightly disturbed teenage boys) will love this, but I'll go 3/10.

Hyena - This is by the guy who made 'Tony, London serial killer', which I assume we all enjoyed. Imagine that crossed with 90s Danish crime film 'Pusher'. It's a super grim British crime drama. I'll go 6/10

Yeah, it's genius. Have you seen the Disaster Artist yet Art? I think my favourite moment is his first scene, also brilliant in The Room.

Every film Will Ferrell does has me in stitches. He's one funny fella.

I nearly cried laughing the first time I watched Step Brothers. Watched it again the other week, and although I knew what was coming, it still made me piss.

Step Brothers - Comedy. That was fairly terrible, there were a handful of laughs but it was more like a series of sketches than an actual film and everyone in it is so unlikable and weird it's hard to care what going on. And it seems to go on for about five hours. 3/10

No, not seen it yet CC but I will.

I never really like mainstream comedy films. I've seen a few of those Ferrell/Carell/Stiller type films over the years and not liked any of them. However, Cheswick is pretty reliable and I've had a few people really like Elf so I might give it a go.

Shock Corridor - A journalist poses as a patient in an asylum to investigate a murder in 60s mystery melodrama type thing. Everyone plays it straight while things get increasingly ridiculous. I'm not sure whether it should get a bonus half or lose one for the "Oh no, nymphos" scene. I can see why this has a bit of cult following but it is rubbish 3.5/10

Force Majeure - A couple go on a family skiiing holiday and something happens which has repercussions for their relationship in Swedish blackly comic drama 7/10

The Descent - A woman goes on a caving holiday with a group of friends. Things don't go as hoped in British horror/thriller type thing 7/10

Yeah I want that on Sky a couple night ago - not bad as it goes 7/10

Just watched the hostel as off today. What a fucking weird ol film that is. American back packers go to Slovakia looking looking for Jack and Danny and it gets weird quickly 7.5/10

Scent of a women - al Pacino plays a blind colonel. I have seen it before but very good 8/10

Has anyone seen 'The Party'? I started watching last night but had to stop after half an hour as it's one of the most irritating films I've ever seen.

The Ghoul - British therapy based mystery drama type thing. It's slow, a bit confusing, not very enjoyable, and quite unsatisfactory yet I'm still tempted to watch it again. Interesting and odd little film. I suppose I'll go 6/10.

Bonus fact: Peep Show fans might like to know this is written and directed by the guy who played Gog, the bloke Jez was a school with in the one where Mark's friends with the racist.

The Party - British drama type thing. A woman hosts a 'party' to celebrate her promotion, her friends show up, things are said and secrets are revealed. That was so annoying I had to check afterwards that it wasn't some kind of spoof pretentious play but apparently it's not. I didn't believe in the relationships, I didn't believe any of those people were friends, I don't belive anyone has ever had conversations like that. Everyone in It and most of the dialogue was unbearably irritating. Although it was short and I think I smiled at least once so I'll go 2/10.

2:37 - There's a suicide of an unshown person then we see various flashbacks to the time leading up to the incident from the point of view of six different kids. Increasingly bleak Australian High School set drama mystery type thing 6/10

The Accountant. If you're the kind of person who likes seeing actors grapple around with each other all the way through ending in one of them getting shot mixed up with Ben Afleck doing the worst impression of an autistic person ever (e.g. being his normal wooden self) then this might be for you. Not for me though, 4/10.

13 Hours - the story of the attack on the US embassy / CIA compound in Benghazi. This is the one where the ambassador was killed and Clinton and goldenballs Obama blamed it on some half baked film on the internet.

You dont have to do too much thinking. Gunfire and explosions and not too much Yeehaa cliche shit . A solid 6.0.

Nah, you're thinking of a Polish film - two girls and a teacher are left behind at a boarding school. Things turn lecherous.

Vampyres - Two female vampires pose as hitchikers to lure idiots back to their home while a boring couple has a boring holiday nearby. There are a few things about this that are utterly stupid but I don't think it's worth expaning and further. I have no idea why I downloaded this. Poor. I'll go 2.5/10

Creep - A guy answers an advert for a job making a video diary for a terminally ill man. Things go from there in interesting horror thriller drama type thing. I liked that. 7.5/10

Sleeping with Other People - A couple bump into each other years after a one night stand in college. Things go from there in relationship based comedy drama type thing 6/10

The Limehouse Golem - Police investigate a series of murders in late 1800s set, theatre based mystery thriller drama type thing 7/10
