West brom in talks with grosicki, guess that's our chance gone then...

    NFFC Rumours

If we can get them across the line then it is looking very very good. What about 1 left back though if we are left with just ribeiro?

That Podence is going to Wolves... I think that's cleared the way for Carvalho to move to Oly. Hope that means we get Wells and Freeman,

    NFFC Rumours

For the first time ever (in my lifetime) I feel a couple of real quality additions like Freeman we have a genuine chance of promotion. Marinakis and his team need to be working their bollocks off to pull some strings over the next day or so to give us a big shot

Luke Freeman could be on the cards...?

I don't do it Art but have often toyed with the idea of giving it a go. What's the minimum investment? Problem is i don't know if I have the time to keep on top of it all.

Surprised Robinson was available, WBA have deeper pockets than we do at the moment, which might explain that. Carvalho wasn't on the bench last night, I imagine thats a clear sign he's going. Mixed feelings but let's face it, hasn't been a huge success. Chema would be a blow, we'd actually be short(ish) at the back. Would like to see Richardson recalled and given a chance as cover

    LETS ALL LAUGH AT DERBY!

Fancy losing to Luton and even the granny shagger scored. Fucking pricks. Cocu's gonna walk away hopefully. I love it

    NFFC Rumours

I see Callum Robinson has joined West Brom on loan. He could have done a job with us.

Carvalho supposedly in advanced talks with Olympiacos...

    Brentford

An absolute masterclass in stifling a very good side. Makes me laugh that their manager says we time waste, we're compact, difficult to play against and all the usual shit someone like Pep would come out with when facing a well organised side. The fact is that all things being equal we should have had at least 2 x more goals. If we can go away and get a result like that against arguably one of the best teams in the league then I see no reason at all why we can't beat the baggies and dirty Leeds, particularly on their current form. To me, last night means that we should absolutely dreaming of autos, let alone a play off place.

Had to smile at this comment from a Brentford fan " Even Moses couldn't have parted the Forest defence last night " . Sabri devised a game plan to negate Brentfords' tactics and the players to a man implemented those instructions to a tee .. Our defence was so assured that we limited them to only a couple of efforts on target throughout .. Every Forest player was immense . The only sour note was the referee failing to award us a " stonewall " penalty in the second half for an assault on Grabban .

Feels weird being at this stage of the season and still having something to play for - for the first time in years I find myself on here and other news sources checking for updates constantly. It has been a tough journey but we finally have a side to make us proud!

This I never dreamed we would be in this position
  18. Savo

    Brentford

Great victory. We have a style that teams find very difficult to play against, particularly away from home. If we could add quality that can unlock defences at home then top 2 is realistic as this league is absolutely shit.

    Brentford

And fantastic that they got their comeuppance with a 5-0 home defeat to Blackburn. I know it's all its and buts and all teams throughout the season have 'if only's' but yeah imagine we held out for them extra 2 wins, who knows though we may have won one of them and that could have changed things and we could have went on to lose the next. Is what it is at the end of the day.

    What's Lviv backed today.

I don't know if anyone else is in football index but I think now would be a good time for Pogba shares.......... Kicking myself for missing out on Bruno Fernades - Up £2 since the start of January and two weeks worth of meida dividends. Could have more than doubled your money in a fortnight

    Brentford

8 unbeaten with 6 wins. The two draws were both late equalisers by Reading. I can't remember the last time we had a run like this. It seems that Sheffield Wednesday defeat was the kick up the arse they needed.

Soon to move on when he gets snapped up in the next month with no deal on the table for him. and we are left in the lurch and our season plummets into a dark hole of missery ha

Sabri Lamouchi. Fantastic manager. Tactics spot on.

    Premier League chit chat

Yeah, was just listening to the latest series of Quickly Kevin. I remember hearing Dannys Baker and Kelly talking about Bruce's books, must have been 15+ years ago, and then I just forgot about them. They didn't really sell them as 'so bad they're good', they just sounded a bit crap. I'm sure they are crap, but also sort of great. If only I'd know then how much they'd be going for now. There must be people somewhere with no idea and all three books stuck in their loft/shed - must be worth the best part of a grand

Until this point I hadn't genuinely thought Forest might finish in the top six, and certainly not top two, but it's actually possible isn't it? How the hell has this happened?

Are we safe from league 1 yet?

Where’s Savo must be something negative to say about our game, players, season.. lol No matter your opinion what a win long journey back now but going to enjoy a few beers on the way back and enjoy the rest of the season. It’s been a long time going into Feb with a chance of top two. Up the reds
