I don't think you can. But if you go to your profile you can look at recent posts and flick through a bit easier.

Yeah but it doesnt show you the little plus and minus boxes on that view.

The forum in general could really use the ability to vote down people's posts right now. I have no idea why just a like button is better than + or -.
