just read on the net that McCleary is in talks with Reading over a possible free transfer . We need new owners sooner than later to stop players walking away from the club as anybody got any info about the 2 consortiums that had show intrest in buying the club , I was led to believe it was on hold until N D 's estate was sorted (145mill at probate)

Plaudits during his time on loan at Stevenage . This in a team currently in a play off place only a division below us .

It begs the question will he be good enough to warrant selection for us at centre back next season .
I don't think that Chambers will renew his contract but think Lynch might..

According to a variety of different outlets, after ten years with Umbro it looks like we might be moving to Adidas during the close season. Also, along with that there is talk that Adidas will be bringing out a range of 1970/1980 replica shirts commemorating the European Cup win, which would be immense.

Time will tell I guess.....

for the grand old lady seems to have somewhat declined during the past 10 years or so . What was once a vibrant internet community is now but a poor shadow of its former self . Furthermore , less and progressively less of us now actually regularly attend games .. Of course some of this might be attributable to increased familly committments and the current recession etc .meaning we are reluctant to spend our sheckels and time following an underperforming club. Which brings me to the questions : What will it take to rekindle your desire and love for the club ?. Is It all a little too late now and have other interests taken priority in your lives ?. Would ambitious new owners with a substantial budget and a progressive blueprint for the future of the club persuade you to start attending again?. If not , what would??.
